R Help Error In Plot.new() Figure Margins Too Large

I've already been through the following (Programming, Programming Alt, Getting_and_Cleaning_Data). THe problem is that the plot window needs to be resized to accomodate the graphic that swirl wants to drop in. The graphs get printed without errors but my first 25 graphs are gone as the R graph window refreshes and shows only 26th to 36th graphs.
